Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract with pre-approved vendors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to demolish portable classrooms at Miami-Dade County Public Schools' facilities and restore the site to green space. Projects may include any combination of interior and exterior work involving all types of equipment. Certified firms are encouraged to participate in the process. Vendors may also be required to provide equipment, labor and materials for irrigation and/or sod extension on a time and materials basis
