The Madison County Board of Commissioners office is seeking sealed bids for the FY2026 Off Systems Safety Projects for Madison County. Specifications and bid packets must be obtained from the County Road Department at 1501 Highway 98 West, Danielsville, Georgia, 30633. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "Sealed Bid #25-12 for FY2026 Off Systems Safety Projects for Madison County." Bids are to be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bid packages must contain a 10% bid bond, 100% Performance Bond and O.C.G.A 13-10-91 E-Verify Affidavit in order to be considered. This project consists of Patching, OGI, Overlay on Sanford, Rogers Mill in Madison County. Locations will be designated by Typical section or the Engineer. In addition to the Georgia 2013 Standards Specifications and Special Provisions referenced, this work shall also be performed according to MUTCD OR the following Special Conditions. The contractor shall notify the Engineer in a timely manner in order to prevent any such situation from occurring. The contractor shall coordinate with Madison County or (Representative) regarding any necessary time restrictions and for inspection of the work The awarded contractor must work in conjunction with the GDOT contractor to complete work on Sanford, Rogers Mill within the completion dates and before permeant striping is completed on above mentioned contract.
