The design must highlight agricultural heritage, regional natural landmarks, and both city and unincorporated community identities, applying a unified palette and low-maintenance materials suited for California's climate. Fabrication and installation are not included. Scope of services includes: 1. Kick-off and ongoing coordination with TCAG committees and Caltrans District 6 2.
