Asbestos abatement and renovation of a multi-residential development in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.

A. The work under the Contract consists of 1. The replacement of two (2) exterior doors in thirteen (13) for a total of twenty-six (26) exterior doors in the residential buildings and two (2) exterior doors at the community building for a site wide total of twenty-eight (28) exterior doors. 2. The abatement and proper disposal of ACM in compliance with the abatement specifications and all applicable codes and regulations. 3. All Work either shown on the drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. The replacement of twenty-eight (28) exterior doors site wide in thirteen (13) residential buildings and a community building. Also included in this project is the abatement and proper disposal of ACM. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The replacement of two exterior doors in thirteen for a total of 26 exterior doors in the residential buildings and two exterior doors at the community building for a site wide total of 28 exterior doors. Also included in this project is the abatement and proper disposal of ACM. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
