**The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for Western Arizona Vocational Education #50 (WAVE) Career and Technical Education District (CTED) to enter into a contract with a qualified general contractor to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for design support, pre-construction and possible construction for the New District Office, Learning, and Collaboration Space located in Kingman, AZ 86401. Question Deadline 11/24/2025 at 3:00 PM MT All inquiries related to this solicitation shall be in writing and submitted via the Vendor Discussions tab in the Bonfire portal Location: Northeast Corner of Fairgrounds Blvd. and E. Andy Devine Ave., Kingman AZ WAVE is seeking a new building with approximately 16,000 sq ft space for a District Office, along with classroom and lab spaces for programming. While WAVE will own the building, there are also local partners, the City of Kingman and Mohave College that will utilize space within the building that they will rent or pay for with in-kind services. 3.9 Mohave College is planning to locate their Small Business Development Center at the site. The City of Kingman will have space in the building for their Economic Development team as well as additional offices they will rent out as shared/co-workspace to foster new businesses and entrepreneurs. 3.10 The final component is shared spaces for all three entities (conference rooms, huddle rooms, training space, podcast rooms, etc.). The goals and mission of all three entities to support local workforce development.
