Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stratton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Region: 4 Counties: Kit Carson Work Days: 291 The project is a proposed reconstruction of the existing roadway along I-70 between MP 402.178 and MP 407.21 at Seibert in both the eastbound and westbound lanes. The typical section is 12 inches PCCP over 12 inches ABC in the reconstruction areas and 8 inches PCCP over 1.5 inch HMA interlayer for the remaining mainline. A 2 inch HMA overlay for the on & off ramps at the I-70 Seibert junction. Structure rehab work on G-25-N and J and upgrade guardrail and signs. In addition, SH57A between MP 0.00 to MP 0.534 will be removal of existing HMA and 5 inches HMA fill from the I-70 junction to SH24 within the Town of Stratton with areas of reconstructed curb and gutter. The on and off ramps at the I-70 junction will also be a 2 inch HMA overlay. This project is located in Region 4 in Kit Carson County.
