Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,160-square-foot multi-residential development.
**As of January 14th, 2026, the project was awarded to Kuboske Construction Company LLC, with an awarded amount of $559,847.27** The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the complete furnishing and installation of a new Employee Residence in accordance with provided Bid Documents. Bids are to be submitted using the specified form in the project specifications, and online submissions are not accepted. The scope of the project includes the removal and replacement of the existing bridge superstructure. The proposed superstructure will consist of precast adjacent box beams. Additionally, the project will include approach roadway paving, guiderail installation, signing, traffic control, and erosion and sedimentation control among other minor items of work. The project consists of the complete furnishing and installation of a new 2,160 square foot manufactured residence complete with water, sewer, gas and electric utilities.
