Bid Package #3 includes all remaining trades that have not been awarded. The concrete, masonry, steel, overhead doors, roofing, wall panels, exterior wall assemblies, skylights, fire suppression plumbing, mechanical, electrical and earthwork & utilities packages were previously awarded.
