Site work for a municipal facility in Reynolds, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The engineer will be responsible to the City of Reynolds for providing the city with a preliminary Engineering report during the development phase of the application which meets the guidelines set forth in the 2026 CDBG applicants manual. To be selected, the Engineer must show the ability to produce the required preliminary plans and cost estimates within 30 days of selection. If funded, the engineer will be responsible for final design, plans and specifications, obtaining necessary permits and/or easements; preparing for bid and contract documents, including advertising and bidding procedures; supervising construction and project closeout, as well as NPDES services and other necessary services. The engineer will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all BABA documentation (particularly manufacturers' certifications) during construction, which shall be transferred to the recipient. The architect or engineer will need to certify to this action at the project's end. Address any questions you may have concerning the RFP to William Griggs.
