Site work for a water / sewer project in North Wildwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Work under this contract shall include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete emergency utility and/or other repairs, as necessary within the City of North Wildwood. Emergency repairs as required in the City of North Wildwood. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid (not to exceed $20,000). Each bid must also include a Consent of Surety from a surety company licensed to do business in New Jersey. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond as required by the Contract Documents, and, upon final payment, a General Maintenance Bond acceptable to the City. Each proposal or bid must be submitted in accordance with the specifications, must use standard proposal forms, and be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the project name and bidder's name and address. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered Bidders are required to comply with all applicable New Jersey laws and regulations, including: Public Works Contractor Registration Act, Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage Act, Disclosure of Interests, and Business Registration of Public Contractors. The contractor will be required to pay prevailing wages and comply with Executive Order 11246 and relevant labor regulations. The City of North Wildwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to law.
