The work consists of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to replace existing storm pipes with three 9'x5' box culverts. This includes the construction of headwalls, wingwalls, new foundations, toe walls, concrete aprons, placement of rip-rap, and repair and rebuild of Emmaus Red Hill Church Road. The project duration is ninety calendar days, and all work must comply with the provided plans and specifications. Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified cashier's check of at least 10% of the base bid, and successful bidders shall provide Performance and Payment Bonds each for 100% of the contract price. Only surety companies licensed in Georgia with a minimum "A" rating and financial strength as specified are acceptable. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities at their discretion. Contractors must comply with E-Verify regulations.
