Scope of Work The City of Orange City is accepting sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means and methods as required to abandon existing water services and install new water services on Marilea Court in order to improve the existing water pressure complaints. Contractors must refer to the associated ITB drawings titled "Attachment A - Plans for Marilea Court Water Pressure Improvements". It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all documents have been downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a bid. This project shall reach final completion within thirty (30) calendar days upon issuance of a written Notice to Proceed unless otherwise modified by the City. The City will impose liquidated damages at $500.00 per day until final completion is met.
