City Council for Award: Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. The City of Orange City is accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to construct the East Lansdowne Avenue Drainage and Sidewalk Improvements as detailed in Section 6 of the bid documents. Contractors must refer to the associated ITB plans titled "Attachment A - Plans for East Lansdowne Avenue Drainage and Sidewalk Improvements" and technical specifications titled "Attachment B - Technical Specifications". It isthe Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all documents have been downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a bid. The City of Orange City is accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary for the construction of the East Lansdowne Avenue Drainage and Sidewalk Improvements. This project shall reach substantial completion within ninety-one (91) calendar days upon issuance of a written Notice to Proceed unless otherwise modified by the City. The City will impose liquidated damages at $500.00 per day until substantial completion is met.
