purchase and installation of kitchen cabinets The Work shall include, but is not limited to the purchase and installation of kitchen base and upper grey shaker style cabinets, hardware, Formica counter top, drop-in sink, sink faucet, food disposal and all associated plumbing, plumbing connections and electrical connections. The Work will also include the relocation of the mini-split a/c inside unit to be centered over the sink. For specification purposes the City will accept Hampton Bay products or equivalent, however, Hampton Bay is preferred. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 All questions or interpretations must be emailed to the Purchasing Administrator at dsantiago@orangecityfl.gov Access to the Orange City Police Station is Available Upon Request via Email to the Purchasing Administrator at Dsantiago@orangecityfl.gov. Contractor shall guarantee all material and workmanship for a period of 1-year from City's acceptance of the Work. The City intends to issue a Miscellaneous (Misc) Agreement to the awarded Contractor. Contractors should review the City's Standard Contract Terms and Conditions and Supplemental Conditions as detailed in the Misc Agreement. Contract time for this project will be 15 calendar days. The City reserves the right to add or delete pay items of quantities to complete the project. Interested Contractors Should Complete the Attached Forms and Email Them to David Santiago, City of Orange City Purchasing Administrator at Dsantiago@orangecityfl.gov. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Orange City Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
