The City of Orange City, Florida is accepting sealed bids to competitively select an FDOT pre-qualified licensed contractor to provide construction services associated with ITB B250-0-2025 as specified by the Construction Plans associated with this project. This is a grant funded project utilizing Federal Highway Administration Funds and obligated through a Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreement identified as FPID #452354-1-58-01. The Rhode Island/Leavitt Avenue Roundabout project is located within Orange City and Volusia County The project consists of converting existing two-way stop-controlled intersections to a single lane roundabout. Project includes, but is not limited to: milling and resurfacing, concrete curb, lane-splitters and center island.
