** As of 06/27/2025 project has been awarded to Alternative Current Electric but no awarded amount available.** The Work shall include, but is not limited to, the purchase and installation of 44-inch white ceiling fans, LED Panel Lights (7800 lumens, 5000k), and 150 CFM Exhaust Fan Vents. The work shall include any and all electrical connections necessary to complete the work. For specification purposes, the City will accept Hunter Cassius and Panasonic products or equivalent, however, Hunter Cassius and Panasonic is preferred.
