Reference Number 0000403716 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Smithfield Sewer Authority seeks Qualification Statements (RFQs) from licensed Professional Engineers, authorized to conduct business in the State of Rhode Island (the "Engineer" or the "Consultant") for Plan Review, Construction Inspection & On Call Engineering Services on an as-needed part-time basis. SCOPE OF SERVICE The Consultant shall be responsible for providing professional engineering and technical services to assist the Town with the review, oversight, and administration of private development projects and related municipal infrastructure improvements. The purpose of these services is to ensure that all proposed and constructed utilities and site improvements are completed in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and approved plans. The Scope of Services may include, but is not limited to, plan review, construction inspection, testing, and general engineering support, as further described in the subsections below. For each task order issued under this Agreement, the Consultant shall develop and submit an estimated schedule outlining the anticipated duration of key tasks, services, and deliverables. This schedule shall include typical response and turnaround times for task orders and related communications, including initial acknowledgment, estimated completion periods, and availability for urgent requests.
