The focus area includes 1) the Waterman Avenue right-of-way between Esmond Mill Drive and Esmond Street and 2) the adjoining commercial properties. Qualified firms are invited to submit a detailed qualifications package demonstrating their expertise, approach, and ability to deliver actionable insights to help resolve the identified challenges.
