Reference Number 0000395161 The Town of Smithfield is seeking bids from qualified contractors for Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Surface Services of various roadways in the Town of Smithfield, County of Providence, Rhode Island, as identified in the pavement management program. Work of this project shall include, but is not limited to, the installation of an ultra-thin bonded wearing surface, removal and resetting of sewer and drainage basin frames and covers, adjustment of water gates and gas gates to grade, and all associated work, and all items described herein necessary to complete the work of this Contract to the satisfaction of the Town of Smithfield. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Question Deadline 08/27/2025 No interpretation on the meaning ofthe Specifications or other Contract Document will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretations shall be submitted in writing to the Public Works Director at 3 Spragueville Road, Smithfield, RI 02917, and to be given consideration, must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening ofthe bids.
