And the project will re-bid out early 2026.*** Smithfield High School - Construction of Stormwater Treatment Unit (STU) Reference Number 0000389849 The work includes, but is not limited to, erosion control measures, site clearing, storm drainage infrastructure, and site restoration at the Smithfield High School. Question Acceptance Deadline 06/18/2025 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Bid Security in the Form of a Certifed Check or Bond in the Amount of 10% of Such Bid is Required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond (AIA Document A311), each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The right is reserved to reject any or all, or any part of any or all, bids when such action is deemed in the best interest of the WRWC. The WRWC reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. All bids shall remain open for sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening.
