Engineer Identification: The Contract Documents, dated June 2025 were prepared for the Project by Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. C. Description of Work: 1. Work includes but is not limited to the following as indicated on the Contract Documents a. Furnishing, installing, and maintaining temporary erosion control as necessary throughout construction. b. Site clearing as required to complete the work. c. Furnishing and installing stormwater management system, including subsurface infiltration system, storm drain piping, and storm drain structures. d. Outfall improvements. e. Re-grade and restore parking lot with bituminous concrete pavement. f. Loam and seed, and all other work necessary to restore site to its preconstruction state. In accordance with Rhode Island General Law 37-14-1, bidders shall meet the established goal of not less than fifteen percent [15%] of the contract bid price be performed by Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) or Women Businesses Enterprises (WBEs) where it has been determined that subcontract opportunities exist, and where certified MBEs/WBEs are available.
