Rhode Island Contract No. 2025-CL-049, R.I. Federal Aid Project No. STP-LDSC(001), is for Statewide Beautification Projects 2025-2027 at specific locations as noted in the Contract and also at various other statewide locations to be determined, as directed by the Department. The project includes performing all work to plant new trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials; furnishing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment; establishing plants and landscaped areas; and maintaining and protecting traffic. A performance bond of one hundred (100) percent of the contract price with a satisfactory surety company will be required of the successful bidder.
