Reference Number 0000398852 Question Deadline 09/30/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Questions are submitted online No The Town of Smithfield, RI is requesting sealed proposals for Town-Wide Plumbing Services Contract for a two (2) year period, with an optional two (2) one (1) year extensions in accordance with all Terms and Specifications contained herein. The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and incidental expenses necessary and proper for miscellaneous plumbing repair and construction work, and all incidental work to fully complete the project, but not strictly limited that which is characteristic of plumbing and piping systems. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Rhode Island, please include a copy of your State of RI license with proposal. Proposals will be accepted at an hourly rate for each contractor and one apprentice/helper (if required) working during regular business hour and also during non-business hours. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Non-business hours include any hours outside of our normal business hours including nights, weekends and holidays. General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required The Town of Smithfield reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
