This is a joint advertisement for the City of DuBois and Sandy Township. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Contracts will be awarded on a line item basis. Liquidated Damages May Apply at $250.00 per day for failure to meet required delivery. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
