Site work for a development in Dubois, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a conservation development.
As of December 18, 2025, the project is awarded to Bucktail Excavators, Inc. - 185, 444 PSM Enterprises, LLC - 26, 030 with the total awarded amount of $211,474. Sealed proposals are required for supplying the following materials: 2,200 tons of AASHTO #8 Crushed Limestone Aggregate, 6,000 tons of PennDOT 2A Subbase Crushed Limestone Aggregate, and 1,000 tons of PA Type AS3 Anti-Skid Material. Proposals must be submitted using forms provided by the Municipality. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality. Contracts may be awarded per line item. Liquidated damages of $250.00 per day will apply for delivery delays. The Municipality may reject any or all proposals. All materials must comply with specifications in PennDOT Publication 408, Section 703.
