Provide competitive pricing for a new wind cone that meets the following minimum specifications: FAA Approved, L-807 Wind Cone (Marine Treated), Internal LED Light (120 Volt), OB Light, 3’ x 12’ Nylon Sock, and Center Hinged Steel Pole with break, winch, and anchor bolts. Insurance is required, including Statutory Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate prior to starting work. Respondents must submit full and complete quotations by the stated deadline. Submission of a quote acknowledges the attached Terms and Conditions. Upon award, the Vendor agrees to complete a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, IRS Form W-9, and, if applicable, provide a Certificate of Insurance with the City of Athens listed as Certificate Holder. All forms must be approved by the City prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order or purchasing agreement.
