Site work and paving for a road / highway in Herbert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Herbert invites proposals from qualified contractors for the asphalt paving of Herbert Avenue, covering approximately 959 meters from 2nd Street to Shaw Street. The scope includes surface preparation, asphalt overlay, infrastructure adjustments, and milling transitions. The total project area is approximately 12,250 square metres. The Town of Herbert strongly recommends that contractors conduct their own site measurements to verify dimensions and conditions. Milling and patching will be required in isolated areas, estimated at up to 750 square metres. These locations include sections with alligator cracking or structural failure and must be addressed as part of the surface repair methodology. A Contractor Bid Sheet is provided, but contractors may submit their own bid sheet as long as all required information is clearly included.
