Description

Site work for a civil project in Youngsville, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project involves the construction of a new concrete and gabion diversion dam and miscellaneous improvements to the Rio Puerco Community Ditch in Youngsville, New Mexico. Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions. Working time for this Contract is sixty (60) calendar days. Time will be counted from the date of Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or Bids, to waive technicalities, to make any investigation deemed necessary of a Bidder's ability to perform the work covered by the Specifications, and to accept what in the judgement of the Owner is the best bid.
