Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Man, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The Logan County Board of Education is seeking professional Architectural/Engineering services for the following: HVAC Replacement at Man High School as part of the SBA NEEDS FY2026 project, emergency response projects due to water, fire, and weather, projected building and ground renovation, additions, and upgrades for non-SBA-funded work as funds become available, and any other SBA funded project not listed which may be advertised upon funding. The engagement for county-funded projects may be re-evaluated on an annual basis and could last up to three years. Firms interested in providing services should request the full Statement of Qualifications requirements package for detailed instructions on the content and format of the SOQ submission. Statements of Qualifications are to be submitted by email by the stated deadline. Submissions will be evaluated per WV Code 5G-1-3, with discussions held with at least three top-qualified firms. The Logan County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all statements from interested firms and to make awards as deemed in its best interest.
