Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the extension of an existing parking area and the construction of a new small boat launch ramp. Site lighting is also included. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with any work performed by Owner. Types of allowances include the following: 1. Lump-sum allowances. Owner reserves the right to designate which entities involved in the Work must submit waivers. Contractor's waiver of rights to additional payment or time that may subsequently become necessary because of failure of proposed substitution to produce indicated results.
