Renovation of an educational facility in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for renovations to the Founder's Activities Center Lockerooms for the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and licensed to perform work in West Virginia. The successful bidder will be required to deliver to the Owner, within 10 days after award and before signing the contract, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in a penal sum equal to at least the contract sum. The cost of such bonds must be included in the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and withhold final award of contract for 30 days after the opening of bids. Bidding documents can be obtained as PDFs at no charge by prime contract bidders or as hard copies from Charleston Blueprint at actual cost, which is not refundable.
