Site work for a communication facility in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
This project consists of the installation of approximately 168 miles of new fiber in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, including approximately 166 miles of aerial fiber and approximately 2 miles of buried fiber. The work will primarily involve the installation of aerial fiber along existing utility right-of-way on new and existing utility poles and the installation of buried fiber in existing right-of-way. The primary purpose is to deploy a fiber solution that will provide broadband services to businesses and residents with speeds of at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, scalable to 100/100 Mbps. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified, and MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids. The contract(s) will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s). Question Deadline 02/24/2026: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing using the Pre-Bid Question Form. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
