Renovation of an educational facility in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all labor, materials, supplies, permits and certificates required for the complete, proper and successful operation of all mechanical, plumbing and electrical work related to the replacement of the HVAC system in the 4,000 square foot Admissions Building. The scope of work consists of removing existing gas fired Air Handling Units, Condensers, and select ductwork and electric resistance heaters; and installing new gas fired Air Handling Units, Condensers, select ductwork, select electric resistance heaters and new thermostat controlled supply diffusers. Cutting and patching of floors, walls, ceilings as required to support the installation of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems is to be included. The Work will be substantially completed within 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
