Site work for a mixed-use development in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Lewisburg is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering consulting firms detailing the firm's qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience for evaluation, rehabilitation, and extensions of segments of the City's existing sidewalk system, including proper stormwater handling. Professional services may include but are not limited to preliminary engineering services and assistance with obtaining funding, preparation of construction plans and specifications, bidding and contracting services, construction administration services, and construction observation services. Procurement of said services will be in accordance with Chapter 5G-1-3 of the WV Code. Questions concerning the project can be directed to Misty Hill at 304-645-2082 or mhill@lewisburg-wv.org Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project(s) may be undertaken with a variety of Federal and State funds and that all work will be performed in accordance with the regulations issued by such agencies and the State of West Virginia pertaining thereto. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
