Scope of Work The Contractor Shall Coordinate with all utility companies for service disconnection and verification. Protect adjacent structures, sidewalks, and public right-of-way. Contractor is responsible for any damage to adjacent structures, sidewalks, and public rights-of-way Provide traffic and pedestrian control as required Remove all demolition debris. Obtain and pay for all required permits, inspections, and landfillfees. Backfill material is stored at the Connersville Baseball Complexlocated at Water Street. The contractor is responsible for loading and hauling stone from this location. Backfill is to be compacted in 6-10 lifts Demolition and removal of all above- and below-grade structures, foundations, slabs, and utilities. Proper disconnection and capping of utilities (electric, water, sewer,gas, communications). Removal of debris and disposal in accordance with all local, state,and federal regulations. Grading and backfilling to match the adjacent grade. Leave the site in a clean, safe, and graded condition. Project is to be completed within 60 days of bid award. Timeline can be adjusted due to weather.
