Site work and paving for a road / highway in Connersville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Work for which proposals are to be received includes transition and approach milling, placement of HMA for approaches, placement of HMA for wedge and level, HMA patching, and placement of new HMA Surface to restructure the existing pavement on various roads in Fayette County . Prospective bidders must obtain electronic copies of the bidding documents from the Engineer to be placed on a Planholders List. Addendums will only be sent to, and bids only accepted from, those on the Planholders List. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid price, executed by a surety company qualified to do business in Indiana. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract price, will be required from the awarded contractor. The Standard Questionnaire Form 96 (latest version) must be fully completed and signed, including the Contractor's Financial Statement. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents.
