Site work for a mixed-use development in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Provide preventive maintenance, repair, and related services for air compressors located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (Atlantic City), Environmental Park (Egg Harbor Township), and Pinelands Park Landfill (Egg Harbor Township). Perform scheduled minor and major preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations, respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns, and furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to maintain continuous and reliable operation of ACUA's air systems. Work is to be performed during normal business hours for scheduled maintenance, with a two-hour emergency response capability required for after-hours or critical system failures. The contract term is twelve months, with potential renewal at ACUA's discretion. This specification contains requirements pertaining to the furnishing of Air Compressor Service and Maintenance at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority's (ACUA) Facilities.
