Demolition for an office development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade office development.
The work consists of the demolition of the old engineer's building, as shown in the specifications and drawings and specified therein. Bidders must review and understand Spokane County's standard terms and conditions, information and instructions to bidders, sample contract, and general specifications for the Small Works Roster program. Bidders must also be registered as contractors under the County's Small Works Roster Program and considered responsible under RCW 39.04.350. If not already registered, firms must complete and submit a signed SWR application form prior to or along with their bid. Failure to register in the County SWR Program prior to or at the time of the bid due date will render the bid non-responsive. Bids must include acknowledgment of receipt of all addenda issued. Submittals must be made on the bid response sheets contained in the invitation to bid document, consisting of pages 1-11. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the opening, unless the award is delayed more than sixty days. The County may reject any or all bids for good cause. Submittals may be made online or by email as specified. Questions regarding the bid shall be submitted via Online Portal.
