RESPEC Company, LLC seeks to hire a qualified and experienced Materials Testing firm to conduct onsite and on-call testing during construction of LaPrele Dam in Converse County, Wyoming. Services will be required from March 2026 through October 2028. The key project period will be June to September 2027, when approximately 125,000 cubic yards of roller-compacted concrete will be placed. The firm must be a professional entity with the qualifications, resources, and specialized experience to perform roller-compacted concrete, conventional concrete, and miscellaneous earthwork and grouting testing. The RFP includes a scope-of-work, Statement of Qualifications form, testing matrix detailing types, frequencies, and estimated durations, and relevant plans and specifications. Proposals must be submitted electronically as instructed in the RFP document. Do not use Public Purchase to ask questions or submit proposals; follow the instructions given in the Request for Proposals document. Proposals not following these instructions will not be accepted or evaluated.
