Renovation of a fire / police facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Dorm room/corridor and common room finish upgrades; electrical fixture upgrades; new doors and door hardware upgrades; exterior window replacement; local mechanical unit replacement; wall covering removal; built-in dormitory room and common room casework; and upgrade of exit stair finishes. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. January 13, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Question Deadline 12/29/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Bidding questions shall be submitted online. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers onlineor in the form of a written addendum posted online by 3:00 p.m. MT on January 6, 2025.
