Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The N. 3rd Street Improvements Project generally consists of replacing the aging water main in 3rd Street between Clay Street and Cedar Street. The project consists of approximately 950 LF of 8-inch C900 DR18 PVC water pipe along with the associated fittings, vlaves, fire hydrants, and water services. In addition to the water main replacement, N. 3rd Street from Cedar to Clay will be fully reconstructed including new sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveway approaches, alley aprons, valley gutters, and new asphalt. Site Directions: From I-25, take exit 140 into Douglas. Follow the off ramp to the first set of lights at the Hwy 59 and Yellowstone Hwy intersection and continue through the light. Continue on Yellowstone Hwy for 1.25 miles then turn left onto N. 3rd Street. Continue on N. 3rd Street for 0.2 miles and the project is bound by Cedar Street and Clay Street.
