Renovation of a municipal facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy Interior Reconfiguration project, located at 1556 Riverbend Dr., Douglas, WY 82633. Project Description: This project will consist of renovations to four major areas of the WLEA facility that consist of the lobby area, storage and office areas near the kitchen, converting the men's locker room into a larger housekeeping area and converting the existing weight room to a new men's locker room area. There are other smaller areas that will receive floor, wall and ceiling finish changes or replacements. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on September 11, 2025. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002
