EWC Construction Technology Addition The project generally consists of the construction of a designed Construction Technology Addition to be located upon the site of the Douglas Campus, EWC, 800 S. Windriver Drive, Douglas, Wyoming. Contractors, in submitting their respective bids, acknowledge that such bids conform to all requirements of Wyoming State Statute. The Owners reserve the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities of any bid, and to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owners. Event Pre Bid Meeting Notes: On-site attendance for the Pre-Bid Meeting is highly recommended; the Microsoft Teams meeting will be an option with sign-in via chat. The on-site meeting will conclude following a walk-through tour at the project site. Details to participate in the mandatory pre-bid meeting via Microsoft Teams will also be provided online.
