Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement, Stormsewer Installation, Asphalt Repairs, and Concrete Flatwork. The Project Also Includes the Installation of a New Manhole and Stormwater Structures Such as Curb and Area Inlets. Each Bid Must Be Submitted on the Bid Form, Accompanied by Bid Security, as Prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, Payable to the City of Douglas (Owner) in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish the Necessary Additional Bond(S) for the Faithful Performance of the Work, as Prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To Perform Public Work, the Successful Bidder and Subcontractors, Prior to Contract Award, Shall Hold or Obtain Such Licenses as Required by State Statutes, Federal and Local Laws, and Regulations. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing, Question received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered
