Site work for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work associated with this contract includes construction at two separate sites, referred to as Part A and Part B in the Schedule of Quantities and Prices. General scope for each part is as follows: Part A - Richmond Road from Newton Street to Bay Street - Work on Richmond Road primarily consists of road reconstruction, paving, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, button activated flashers for pedestrian crossings, road markings, signage and minor drainage and water works. Part B - Wilkinson Road from Greenlea Drive to Quick's Bottom Park south entrance - Work on Wilkinson Road primarily consists of road reconstruction/widening, paving, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, road markings, signage and minor storm/sanitary sewer works.
