Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glenbrook, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Site Directions: From Carson City, travel West on US Hwy 50 to junction of NV Hwy 28. Travel North on NV Hwy 28 approx. .6 miles to entrance of Spooner Lake State Park. The work under this contract shall include the construction of a pier and concrete boat ramp, as well as necessary earthwork and trail approaches to these elements, as described in the project documents entitled "SPOONER FRONTCOUNTRY IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 3 AT SPOONER LAKE STATE PARK, DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEVADA ." Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the Contract Drawings and specifications.
