Demolition, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,239-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
The project is located at 2100 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102 in a standalone building that is a former CVS space, measuring approximately 14,239 square feet. The work is a build out of a new UMC Quick Care facility. The renovation will include demolition and addition of walls and finishes, along with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units. Full details can be found in the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. Bidders must be registered in NGEM to view the solicitation. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted through the NGEM system. Responses must be submitted electronically on the NGEM website. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held at the project location. Written certification is required as part of the contract. All bidders will be given a full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
