Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 191,792-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The construction services scope of work for this Project includes a Preconstruction Phase and a Construction Phase, including close-out and turnover. a) Preconstruction Phase Services to include assisting the design team with constructability matters, construction cost estimating, value engineering, fast track options and scheduling. This phase will conclude with public bidding of subcontractors and preparation of a Guaranteed maximum Price to the Owner. b) Construction Services to include determining a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), procurement of all subcontractor contracts, and managing construction of the project. The Contract will be based on the provisions of an AIA Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and CMAR. The CMAR will also be expected to coordinate with Architect, Civil Engineer, Landscape Designers, Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Electrical Engineer, and other consultants engaged by the Architect, Somerset Academy of Las Vegas.
