The proposed Work is generally described as follows: The Site of the Work is located at the Hacienda Pump Station, 5330 Annie Oakley Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The Work consists of replacing the environmental controls with Sunbelt Controls system and new motor starters, installing Owner provided GE Multilin 850 Feeder Management Relays, installing communications network for the new medium voltage starters, and providing Basler startup and configuration services for Owner installed Basler excitation controllers. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed within 120 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Limited Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract in accordance with Chapter 339 of the NRS. Question Cutoff Date: 10/28/2020 01:00 PM (ET) Pursuant to NRS 338.143, the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and to reject the Bid of any Bidder if Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of Owner to make an award to that Bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed by the Contract Documents and Nevada State law.
