Clark County Regional Flood Control District Las Vegas Valley Master Plan Update identifies the proposed improvements as Sloan-Orchard SLOR 0158. Improvements include, at a minimum, concrete or roller-compacted concrete channel and levee lining extending from the existing Orchard Detention Basin north inflow channel to the new inflow collector channel terminus approximately 4,230 feet north. Reinforced concrete box is provided under extended roadway alignments and hard lining is proposed at significant inflow locations along the alignment. Additional provisions include maintenance roads, access paths and ramps, fencing, landscaping enhancements, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a complete and serviceable project.
