Southern Nevada Water Authority invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details. The work shall consist of Contractor to provide seven (7) High Performance butterfly valves that will conform to the specifications, and be suitable for continuous use by Owner. The valves offered shall be new, unused, the current production model and conform to the specifications provided in Exhibit Technical Specifications and all other Work as directed by Engineer. The valves shall comply with all Federal and State of Nevada Emission Control Regulations, and Safety Standards in effect at the time of delivery to Owner.
